Duncan Restoration Sashes is a central Alabama producer of true-divided-lite putty glaze sashes. These sashes can be DH tilt, stationary picture sashes, transoms, radius, and custom.
Multiple options are available to best suit your needs. From stained glass, art/architectural/restoration glass, SSB glass, DSB glass, and tempered glass. Whatever idea you may have on what you want your windows to look like, can be accurately drawn to different scales, with elevations and cut throughs to give you the clearest idea of what you will receive.
Sashes are bedded with high strength/quality silicone to ensure the best seal, along with the leading glazing compound from Sarco. DH sashes are weatherstripped with rigid kerfed vinyl on top & check rails, with encased foam on the bottom rail.
Sashes are typically clear pine, with a primed exterior, and a clear stain grade finish on the interior. This allows the option to paint or stain your sashes on the inside.
